Who is CapeFit for?
CapeFit is for anyone who wants to look and feel better. If you want to improve your health, fitness, and performance then you’ve come to the right place. Our community embraces hard work, fun, and grit.

If you fit into one of these categories, CapeFit can help:

  • You’re looking for a complete training program that includes strength, skill, conditioning, metcon, and accessory work.
  • You already go to a gym but are looking for additional accessory work to attack your weaknesses and level up.
  • You don’t have extensive workout experience and/or equipment and want to be able to work out at home.

If you are committed to getting better, aren’t afraid of hard work, and are ready to be part of a supportive community who has fun then CapeFit is for you.

My gym already has programming, why would this be helpful?
You love your gym, awesome! The CapeFit accessory work will help you address your weaknesses and fill some holes so you can keep making progress.
What if I want to compete?
Great, we can help you get there! Our daily programming is a solid foundation, our accessory work will put you over the top.
What equipment do I need?
CapeFit Daily is for people training in a functional fitness gym or who have access to more equipment such as barbells, KBS, dumbbells, med balls, pull up rig, etc.

Each day there is also an at-home version that only requires a jump rope, and a dumbbell or kettlebell.

What if I need to cancel my membership?
No problem, you can cancel anytime. There’s no cancellation fee and you’re always welcome back to the CapeFit community.
What if I am not used to working out?
Yes! We are here to help you no matter what your current fitness level. We offer a daily version of the workout for people with less fitness experience and/or who want to work out at home with less equipment. We know that starting any workout program can be intimidating, but we’re here to help.
